The mobile impact crusher station is driven by an external electric drive main engine and an auxiliary motor. After the material is evenly transported to the impact crusher by the feeder, it is crushed through a circular vibrating screen to form a closed-circuit system to achieve cyclic crushing of the material, and the finished material is output by the conveyor.
The mobile impact crusher can be "feeder + impact crusher + vibrating screen" or "impact crusher + vibrating screen".
